I have always thought that your snow is much warmer :))
Not much snow this year ... But the winter was incredibly warm!
Ihave read somewhere that Quebec City and Siberia had exactly the same climate.... This year, it was exceptionnaly warm. No snow till mid-January.... Then... THE COLD!!!! Then, in February, the snow.... Winter will be a bit less long that way....
